Golden Catalyst LLC (“Golden Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates HeartSpark™, Ignite™ Platform, BehaviorStack™, and related Services. HeartSpark™ is a communication-assistance and relationship-focused application operating within the Ignite™ Platform ecosystem. All Services are provided by Golden Catalyst LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

HeartSpark™ utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, behavioral intelligence technologies, recommendation systems, personalization engines, predictive systems, and AI-assisted communication generation tools. These technologies may generate communication suggestions, message recommendations, conversation starters, behavioral insights, compatibility-oriented suggestions, personalization outputs, and communication-assistance experiences.

2. BehaviorStack™ Technology

BehaviorStack™ is a proprietary behavioral intelligence framework developed and operated by Golden Catalyst LLC. BehaviorStack™ technologies may analyze communication styles, contextual signals, interaction tendencies, behavioral patterns, engagement metrics, platform activity, and usage behaviors to improve personalization, communication assistance, behavioral relevance, and probabilistic user experiences.

BehaviorStack™ is designed to enhance communication experiences and personalization, not to manipulate users, deceive individuals, or guarantee outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, may produce incomplete information, may vary depending on user inputs, may generate unexpected responses, may reflect probabilistic predictions, and may become outdated over time. Users are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, evaluating recommendations, verifying information, exercising independent judgment, and determining whether generated content is appropriate for use.

4. Relationship & Emotional Disclaimer

HeartSpark™ provides AI-assisted communication suggestions, behavioral insights, personalization systems, and relationship-oriented features for informational, communication-assistance, productivity, personalization, and entertainment purposes only. HeartSpark™ does not provide relationship counseling, psychological counseling, mental health services, emotional dependency services, therapy, crisis intervention, or professional relationship advice.

Golden Catalyst LLC makes no guarantees regarding communication success, relationship outcomes, emotional outcomes, compatibility, interpersonal results, or behavioral predictions. Users are solely responsible for their communications, interactions, decisions, and relationships with others.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Golden Catalyst LLC makes no guarantees regarding communication effectiveness, user engagement, compatibility results, emotional outcomes, behavioral predictions, interpersonal interactions, or decision-making outcomes. Use of the Services is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for messages they send, communications they initiate, decisions they make, interactions with others, and use of AI-generated outputs. Users should exercise independent judgment and should not rely exclusively on AI-generated suggestions for important interpersonal decisions.

7. Experimental & Evolving Systems

Certain HeartSpark™ features, AI systems, behavioral technologies, personalization engines, recommendation systems, or integrations may be experimental, beta, preview, or early-access functionality. Experimental systems may change without notice, become unavailable, produce inconsistent results, or operate differently over time. Users acknowledge that AI systems continue evolving and may not always function as intended.

8. AI Infrastructure & Third-Party Providers

Certain AI functionality may rely on third-party AI providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, APIs, machine learning platforms, analytics systems, and external processing services. Golden Catalyst LLC does not control third-party AI systems and is not responsible for external outages, provider interruptions, model inaccuracies, external infrastructure failures, or independent third-party actions.
