HeartSpark™ provides AI-assisted communication suggestions, behavioral insights, personalization features, and relationship-oriented tools for informational, productivity, communication-assistance, and entertainment purposes only. HeartSpark™ does not provide psychological counseling, relationship therapy, mental health services, crisis intervention, or professional relationship advice.

Golden Catalyst LLC makes no guarantees regarding communication success, relationship outcomes, emotional outcomes, compatibility, interpersonal results, or behavioral predictions. Users are solely responsible for their communications, decisions, and interactions with others.

5. Unified Ecosystem Accounts

HeartSpark™ may utilize centralized authentication, account systems, analytics technologies, or infrastructure provided through Ignite™ Platform. Certain account information, authentication states, preferences, subscriptions, or platform activity may synchronize across compatible Services operated by Golden Catalyst LLC.

We do not sell personal information. Users may request deletion of account data subject to applicable legal or operational retention requirements.
