Child Safety Standards

Golden Catalyst LLC (“Golden Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates HeartSpark™, an AI-assisted communication and relationship-focused platform. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

1. Age Requirement

HeartSpark™ is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Services. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from minors.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend or terminate that account and delete any associated data.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on HeartSpark™ and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, or predatory behavior targeting minors
• Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or normalizes child abuse or exploitation
• Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
• Distribution or possession of sexually exploitative material involving minors
• Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws

3. Detection and Prevention

Golden Catalyst LLC takes proactive measures to prevent the presence of CSAE-related content and behavior on our platform, including:

• Age verification requirements during account registration
• Terms of Service prohibitions with enforcement mechanisms
• User reporting systems that enable the community to flag violations
• Review and moderation of reported content and accounts
• Cooperation with applicable law enforcement and legal authorities

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Golden Catalyst LLC will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child safety violations. Where required by law or in response to valid legal process, we will provide relevant information to appropriate authorities. We will not obstruct or interfere with lawful investigations into child sexual exploitation.

6. Account Termination

Any account found to be in violation of these standards will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Golden Catalyst LLC reserves the right to report violations to applicable law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies without prior notice to the user.
